Mismak Properties

Mismak Properties Co. LLC ("Mismak") a limited liability company, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of FAB, acts as a holding company for the Group's real estate investment and development activities, was established in the Year 2006.

Mismak is managed by employees transferred from the Group's corporate banking segment and have experience and expertise in this area during their tenor with FAB.

Mismak manages its own investment properties in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and develops many Freehold projects located in Reem Island and in addition to 3 Freehold projects in Dubai which are sold into the market.

Mismak also manages projects for FAB through its Engineering Section.
