And at the entrance of the condo (front door), it is possible to sit outside in the evening and watch the sun go down.
Chateau Dale has a very beautiful big tropical pool and next to a beauty center.
The condo has been repainted, some new furniture, renovated kitchen, new washing machine, leds in the ceiling, new hot
water heater, new sink, new cooking stove plates, new ceiling fans, new flatscreen Tv, new granite kitchen counter, ….
There is a hot water boiler in the kitchen, bathroom and shower. Hot/cold water is provided everywhere in the condo.
The bathroom furniture has been renovated in October 2023.
The balcony has been completely renewed in February 2021
Facilities:
The condo is in excellent condition and looks very nice and new.
It has a perfect location, next to the Bus Terminal and big shopping mall Foodland (24/24).
All Baht bus stop in front of the resort, where you can go towards Jomtien Beach (5 min) or Pattaya City (10 min).
Within walking distance you have shopping, the beach, immigration, bus terminal, baht bus, 7/11, kiss food & drinks, (night
& food) markets, many different restaurants, Danish bakery, food bistro, massage salons,….
Theprassit Road is 30 meters away from the resort.
